ArKaos LED Mapper: order process

The LED Mapper extension only works together with ArKaos VJ DMX. Our system needs to verify that your customer account contains an ArKaos VJ DMX license before it allows you to upgrade this to a new license that will also unlock the LED Mapper extension.

To do so, please proceed as follows:

1. Go to the upgrade page and log-in with your e-mail and password
2. If you have an ArKaos VJ DMX license, our system will allow you to select an upgrade to a new ArKaos VJ DMX license with the LED Mapper extension functionality
3. After you have completed the purchase of your upgrade, our system will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to activate your ArKaos VJ DMX with LED Mapper
