controll effects with an evolution mk-425c

i just got an evolution mk-425c and want to use it with arkaos.

so far it works: connect keyboard to notebook (win xp) with usb, turn the keyboard on -> installed automatically, start arkaos and play the keys and it works...

now i tryed to controll some effects but it doesn't seam to work: if i doubleklick an effect i can select CONTROLLER and assign a number but it doesn't react. it seams that the 8 rotary dials are assigned to channels 1 to 8 but if i configure an effect on controller and set the number to 7 for example and i turn the rotary dial 7 nothis seams to happen or at least not what i would like...

what am i doing wrong? has anybody experience with controlling arkaos-effects with an evolution mk-425c?

would be great if someone can help me...
