We are trying for a long time to see
the Preview Of Thumbails on a Maxxyz pc / compact
We uses arkaos ver.3.6.5b4 & mediamaster
the Maxxyz uses citp ver 1.1
Is Arkaos also uses the same citp ?

which citp version arkaos vj dmx ver.3.6.5b4 uses?
we also tried the mediamaster (demo mode). Also unsuccessfully

Maxxyz uses CITP 1.1, maybe Arkaos did not update to the latest version of it yet or you are using an older version of Arkaos?

According to the chart on http://www.citp-protocol.org/ it should work with 1.1.

As far as we know, we've implemented 1.1 fully. We know there's an issue with the martin range but couldn't get the software from them to test it yet. We'll keep you up to date as soon as we got news on that side.

Hello,

wondering if somebody has any news about this Topic. Maxxyz does (sometimes) find the mediaserver, but not always. but no success so far about transferring Thumbnails to the Desk.
