Flash Keying Range

Postby Skibit » Tue Jan 07, 2014 6:00 am

I am having a ton of issues using Keying Range with 2.0.1.
Perhaps I am not using it right. In 1.6 you could reject a color and it was gone.

Now any SWF that I try keying I get a halo of the color around objects.
Smoothing will not drop the halo before dropping out the alpha of everything else.
This happens on even a very simple non-moving SWF with a 255 red background and a 255 blue circle. Reject blue gives you a blue halo.

Works fine with an images.
But I get the same thing with video, this causes green screen videos to have all colors drop out like and a asid effect.
Red seems to be the hardest to drop out.
I must be using this wrong????

Also here is an example of a very simple gif movie keying out a red background.
On the left 2.0.1 and 1.6 on the right.

No matter what I seem to do the video looks awful.
