I'm having a hard time trying to authenticate GrandVJ on a Mac.
When the program boots I choose to enter my activation code, enter the email, and then press next.
I then get a message saying "Could not connect to server".
I have no firewall on my system, and I have both tried with a wireless and a wired internet connection.
I have read the manual, and searched the internet and this forum, but haven't been successful in finding an answer.
I'm sorry if this is common knowledge, but I really need some help solving this problem.

The best thing you can do is contact ArKaos support directly via firstname.lastname@example.org
Include the used email address for your Arkaos account (you can create an account at http://support.arkaos.net/
) and your activation code of Grand VJ.
