My hard drive on my work computer crashed, ad after reinstalling all my software, I realised I am missing my encoding software. Any suggestions. i need to rencode some AVI's, and windows media player files into quicktime Mov files.

on pc you can try "super", it's pretty good at converting a lot of formats and is free.
the interface is a bit wierd but it works well.

I would suggest K-Lite codecs... Works for me!
