Job Description
We are looking for a Product Development Manager to work under the authority of the CEO to coordinate the development of several new software products. As such you will interact and travel to visit several external partners to define and follow up the life-cycle of those products.
More specifically you will:
- create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
- manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- review deliverables prepared by team
- follow up with external partners
Profile
We expect you to have:
- knowledge of written and oral English
- experience in graphics / imaging / animation field on Mac OS X and Windows
- good skills in C++, OpenGL / DirectX and related technologies such as DirectShow
- experience as a Lead Designer in projects entailing Direct X or Open GL
- effective use of reading, writing, oral communication skills, presentation techniques, meeting mechanics, and team building techniques
- a previous experience as a Project Manager in a Software company, eXtreme Programming practices is a plus
